Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Asking For Assistance Locating Larceny Suspsect

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is asking for assistance locating a larceny suspect.

Authorities say Michael Dwaine Davis, 45, is wanted for Felony Breaking or Entering a building and Felony Larceny After Breaking and or Entering.

On Wednesday, April 10th, 2019, Deputies responded to a breaking and entering in the 500 block of Tabor Road near Olin.   The homeowner reported several tools, worth about $2100, had been stolen from his carport.

Investigators were able to locate some of the tools at a pawn shop in High Point, North Carolina.  Detectives received information showing Michael Davis and another man entering the pawn shop and selling the tools for cash on Wednesday, April 10th.

Detectives recovered the tools from the pawn shop and returned them to the owner.
