ROCK HILL, SC — An 18-year-old student at Northwestern High School has been arrested for having a weapon on campus Tuesday afternoon.
The School Resource Officer was alerted to a possible weapon being carried on campus around 12:39pm Tuesday.
The officer, along with one of the school’s assistant principals, located Ja’Noah Graham and conducted a search of the student’s backpack. Inside, officials say they found a black BB gun and an opened bottle of Brandy.
Graham was arrested and charged with Carrying a Weapon on School Grounds and Minor in Possession of Liquor.
