Colder Temperatures Return
Showers will taper off early Wednesday with gradually clearing skies and noticeably colder temperatures, highs in the low 50s. Thursday will remain dry and cold with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Our next chance for rain, some wintry mix in the higher elevations, will be possible Friday. The best chance for freezing rain will be along and north of i-40 Friday morning before it quickly transitions to rain during the afternoon. At this time, no significant icing is expected.
