PINEVILLE, N.C. – Today is IHOP’s National Pancake Day. To celebrate, all IHOP locations are giving away a free short stack of pancakes. In return for the free pancakes, guests are asked to make a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals or to a another designated local charity.
Wilson stopped by the IHOP location in Pineville to enjoy a stack of pancakes while harrassing some of the customers who stopped in for a calm breakfast…but didn’t get one. Between a pancake stacking smackdown contest, a pancake decorating contest and outing a kid skipping school, Wilson had a great time.
Since its beginning in 2006, IHOP’s National Pancake Day has raise over $13 million dollars to support charities throughout IHOP communities. This year their goal is to raise $3 million dollars for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
