OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) β€” Serge Ibaka (ih-BAH’-kah) provided a lift for the Oklahoma City Thunder after missing the first two games of the NBA’s Western Conference finals with a calf injury that was supposed to force him to miss the rest of the playoffs. Ibaka scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds as the Thunder beat San Antonio 106-97 to get within two games to one in the series. Russell Westbrook finished with 26 points, Kevin Durant had 25 and Reggie Jackson added 15 after replacing Thabo Sefolosha (TAH’-boh she-feh-LOH’-shah) in the starting lineup.

NEW YORK (AP) β€” The New York Rangers have a three-games-to-one lead in the NHL’s Eastern Conference finals after Martin St. Louis (mahr-TAN san loo-EE’) scored at 6:02 of overtime to complete a 3-2 win over Montreal. The Rangers took one-goal leads on goals by Carl Hagelin and Derick Brassard, but the Canadiens tied when P.K. Subban (SOO’-banz) tallied on a power play two minutes into the third period. Henrik Lundqvist stopped 27 shots for the Rangers, who can wrap up the series Tuesday in Montreal.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) β€” Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Josh Beckett has authored the season’s first no-hitter in a 6-0 shutout of the Phillies in Philadelphia. Beckett concluded the 21st complete-game no-hitter in team history by striking out Chase Utley with his career-high 128th pitch. It was the Dodgers’ first no-hitter since Hideo Nomo (hih-DAY’-oh NOH’-moh) in 1996, and the first against the Phillies in Philadelphia since Bill Stoneman of the Expos did it in 1969 at Connie Mack Stadium.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) β€” Ryan Hunter-Reay (ray) is the first American in eight years to win the Indianapolis 500 after holding off Helio Castroneves (EHL’-ee-oh kas-troh-NEH’-vehs) in the second-closest finish in race history. The two swapped the lead several times over the last few laps before Hunter-Reay won by 0.060 seconds. Marco Andretti was third.

CONCORD, N.C. (AP) β€” Kurt Busch fell 129 laps shy of joining Tony Stewart as the only drivers to finish the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. Busch finished sixth at the Brickyard but had to leave the field at Charlotte Motor Speedway after blowing an engine. Pole-sitter Jimmie Johnson led for 165 of 400 laps in earning his first Winston Cup victory of the season.
