HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Wilson checked out the Carolina Renaissance Festival this morning on Rising.
The Carolina Renaissance Festival is open every weekend for the next seven weeks. The annual festival experience has always been about escaping from your modern-day cares and strolling about the 22-acre storybook village populated with hundreds of pirates, nobles, merchants, peasants and knights.
The festival will celebrate Halloween on the weekend of October 25th and 26th. Kids under 12 get in free during the Halloween festivities!!! There will also be free Halloween bags and treats to be found all over the festival village.
