Wilson’s World: Getting an Update on the Need for Donations at the American Red Cross

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – With the pandemic, the storms, the fires in our country and the expected flooding in our area, the American Red Cross is needed now more than ever.  And that means that the Red Cross needs you.  Wilson was joined by Allie Taylor, Executive Director Charlotte Metro Area, and Angela Broome Powley, Regional Donor Services Executive to talk about the need for blood donations during the current pandemic and how the Red Cross is taking all health precautions necessary for donors.  If you are able to give blood, please make an appointment to come in and donate.
