CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD detectives say they charged a 17-year-old man with 13 counts of shooting into an occupied home on September 25th.
Shortly before 3 a.m. officers responded to the home on Aragorn Lane, where they found 23 shell casings in front of the victims’ home and evidence 13 had hit the house, according to a news release.
Police say seven people were inside at the time ages 6 to 46-years-old , and no occupants were injured in the shooting.
