N.C. State Board Of Elections Leaders Hold A News Conference

RALEIGH, N.C. — North Carolina State Board of Elections leaders held a news conference on November 3rd at 10 a.m. to talk about Election Day preparations.

State Board Chair Damon Circosta and Executive Director Karen Bell discussed voter turnout and how election day will run in the state.
