CHARLOTTE, NC– McDonald’s has announced that they will begin serving breakfast all day next month.
The franchise says they made the decision after a vote by franchisees last week.
The company has reportedly been testing the all-day breakfast concept since March, and will start the service October 6th, according to reports.
Customers have asked for the all-day service for years and in the past and McDonald’s has replied with concerns of kitchen size and menu space.
McDonald’s USA President, Mike Andreas, says this is the biggest operational change in years and McDonald’s corp will be adding all-day breakfast to 14,300 U.S. restaurants.
