Wilson Joins Chef Alyssa to Make a Quick Lunch for the Shannon Kids

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Preparing healthy, but tasty school lunches that the kids will eat is always a problem.  Today, Wilson along with Chef Alyssa Gorelick from Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen  invaded the Shannon household where Chef Alyssa had some great tips for preparing school lunches.

After getting the kids out the door and off to school, Chef Alyssa has additional tips and ideas for preparing lunches and meals in advance to save time and money.

Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen is located inside the Atherton Market at 2104 South Blvd in Charlotte.

Wilson also played his home game edition of “Show Me Your Fridge” when he opened up the Shannon’s fridge.  He then put Chef Alyssa on the spot to tell us what she could prepared, quickly, with the items.
