Breezy and Cool Wednesday
It’s a bitterly cold start to the day with below zero wind chills for the mountains. Feeling like the teens and 20s across the rest of the area. A wind advisory remains in effect for the mountains until 1 pm. Winds could gust up to 50mph but will calm through the day for the higher elevations. Breezy early for the rest of the area. Today’s highs will reach the low 50s under sunny skies. Another freezing night with temps falling to the low 20s, but warmer through the end of the week as daytime highs reach the mid-50s. Rain returns Friday. This could make for a soggy start to the day. Drying out quickly, but more showers possible Sunday.
