Discussion

A cold front approaching from the west bringing messy conditions today. North of I-40 we’re seeing light snow, which will likely transition to a wintry mix and then cold rain through the day. The rest of the region experiencing showers this morning with more steady rain. Patchy fog will remain in the forecast through late morning. Rain will taper off tonight with much warmer conditions mid-week. Enjoy the sunshine and warmer temps. Highs will reach the low to mid-60s Tuesday through Thursday. Another cold front will bring showers and cooler temps to end the week. but, highs won’t take too much of a hit. Temps will rebound back into the upper 50s to lower 60s for the weekend.
