Elevated Wildfire Risk for Some as Dry Streak Continues
Another gorgeous day on tap with highs reaching the mid-70s once again. Sunny and dry areawide, but due to lower relative humidity, dry brush from days without rain, and a light breeze there is an increased fire danger across the higher elevations. Burning is strongly advised against. Tree pollen levels are also high area-wide so allergy sufferers may notice an increase in sniffles as well. Temps will climb a degree, or so higher tomorrow with a change this weekend. A boundary will break into the area this weekend keeping temperatures cooler, but still seasonable. An isolated shower or two will be possible Saturday/Sunday. Widespread rain and the chance for a few storms possible early next week.
