Unsettled Week WeatherWise

After a mild weekend, we’re looking at the return of unsettled weather. Highs today will reach the mid-50s under cloudy skies. Rain returns tonight, tapering off Tuesday morning keeping temps even cooler Tuesday afternoon. We’ll see warmer conditions through the middle of the week, however, a stronger system will likely be bringing severe weather across the southeast. Timing is important with this storm, but as of now, looks like we could deal with strong to severe storms Thursday east of I-77. On top of any severe weather, we will also be watching for the threat of heavy rain leading to localized flooding. Temps will cool considerably for the weekend with highs not getting out of the 40s.
