Wandering Through Wonderful Workweek

A weak cold front will likely arrive by midweek, but shower chances will remain few and far between for the next seven days.

Strong-to-severe storms rolled through the Carolinas to kick off the weekend, but you’ll find nothing of the sort over the next week or so. Gorgeous weather has greeted us for this Sunday and the good times will keep on rolling into the workweek. Expect highs near 80º in the Foothills and Piedmont with upper 60s settling into the High Country for the next two days. A weak cold front will arrive by Wednesday, and while it may increase cloud coverage for the second half of the week, rain chances will be isolated at best. A steady, but noticeable cooldown slides in on the backside of the front, as highs will cool into the lower 70s by the weekend.
