INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The NCAA's Legislative Council has approved a proposal to expand the meal allowance for all athletes. The proposal would allow Division I schools to provide unlimited meals and snacks to all athletes, including walk-ons. The measure still must be approved by the board of directors, which meets April 24.

(AP) — Clemson coach Dabo Swinney says senior Cole Stoudt is the team's starting quarterback coming out of spring, and injured freshman Deshaun Watson will have the chance to compete for the job this fall. Swinney said in a text message to The Associated Press on Tuesday that Stoudt was the leading quarterback in what had been a three-way battle to take over for record-setting starter Tajh Boyd, the starter for the past three years.
