Located west of Lake Norman, this unincorporated part of Lincoln County has less than 3,000 people in the community. Yet, new business is popping up, especially around NC-16.

We are living in one of the fastest growing areas of the country and the Census data proves it. From July 1, 2022 to July 1 2023, about 53 people moved to Mecklenburg county each day. With the expansion, comes a growing economy and growing pains.
