Waking up to some of the coldest temperatures since January. Temps are in the teens and 20s with wind chills down into the single digits in some areas. Highs today will not break out of the low 40s. Sunny and dry with another freezing night as lows fall into the low 20s once again. Temps will remain cold on Thursday with highs in the mid 40s. Clouds will back in with the chance for showers late Thursday into Friday. A system off the Gulf will push into the region bringing on the chance for a few showers Thursday into Friday. Lows Thursday night will only fall into the upper 30s, so a changeover to wintry weather is not likely. Below average temps will extend into the weekend with highs in the 40s and 40s and overnight lows in the low to mid 30s. Temps will begin to rebound early next week.
