Tonight, we’ll have a few showers and thunderstorms that will continue for most of the evening. With so much moisture in the air, any storm that develops could produce a quick round of heavy rain. Most areas will stay dry, with the bulk of the impacts across the mountains. A low risk of severe storms remains in place.
Two shelters are open in York County to assist the County’s vulnerable and at-need populations. The Northside Recreation Center in Rock Hill and the York Recreation Center in York have opened shelter operations and will remain open until further notice.
