INDIAN LAND, S.C. – Finding organizations and businesses that help veterans is one of Wilson’s favorite parts of his job. Today he was at Hickory Tavern in Indian Land, S.C. to find out what they are doing to help those who have served. They even managed to get Wilson to eat brussel sprouts…and he found out he liked them!
Currently, not only can diners enjoy great food and beverages while keeping an eye on their college basketball brackets, but a portion of the sale of each order of wings will be going to the veterans organization Purple Heart Homes. Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, March 17th through Sunday, March 20th and again the following weekend, Thursday March 24th through Sunday, March 27th, 50¢ of the purchase price of each order of wings will go to Purple Heart Homes.
