Wilson’s World: Enjoying the Great Outdoors at Camp Thunderbird

LAKE WYLIE, S.C. –  Wilson’s enjoys stopping in at Camp Thunderbird every summer to talk with the kids and  counselors at the camp.

YMCA’s Camp Thunderbird has been a summer fun stop for kids since 1936.  Located just outside of Charlotte, the camp offers both day camp and resident camp for kids during the summer.

Wilson enjoyed talking with camp alumni as well as campers and past and present counselors.  The counselors talked about their time at the camp and becoming a counselor and the kids talked about their favorite activities at the camp.
