ROCKWELL, N.C. — Officials have identified the person who drowned at High Rock Lake over the weekend.
Investigators say 49-year-old George Wayne Pickler of Rockwell was making repairs to his boat when he fell into the water Sunday evening.
No other information has been released at this time.
