Wilson’s World: Previewing the IKEA and Junkluggers E-Waste Recycling Drive
The IKEA Charlotte and E-Waste Recycle Event this Saturday, October 6th from 10am until 2pm.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was at IKEA Charlotte today where he was previewing tomorrow’s E-Waste Recycling event.
Unfortunately when your old laptop, pad or cell phone dies, you can’t just throw it in the trash. So, IKEA has partnered with Junkluggers to offer a way to help you recycle those old electronic devices. This Saturday, October 6th from 10am until 2pm anyone who has an old electronic device can bring it to IKEA Charlotte where Junkluggers will collect them, make sure they are securely erased and will then have them recycled.
Items you should bring are old electronic devices, including iPads, phones, computers, laptops, printers, routers, and computer cables. The recycling event is FREE for IKEA FAMILY members (and membership is FREE), but there will be a $10 recycling charge for televisions. No trash or household items will be accepted.
