Reports: Kemba Walker Plans To Sign With Boston Celtics

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Hornets all-time leading scorer is preparing to no longer call Buzz City home.

According to ESPN and first reported by The Athletic, Kemba Walker is planning to sign with the Boston Celtics.

The deal is reportedly a four-year $141M maximum contract.

Walker will now join a Celtics team that will be able to compete for deep runs in the playoffs, something the Hornets never were able to do during the three-time all-stars eight seasons in Charlotte.
