Tractor Trailer Driver Injured After Deputy-Involved Crash

It’s unclear tonight whether an Iredell County sheriff’s deputy will face charges following a crash with a tractor-trailer.

Officers say the deputy failed to yield while making a left turn and collided with the truck. It happened around 10 Thursday morning on Landis Highway near Teeter Road.

The tractor-trailer rolled over and he truck driver has minor injuries.
