A 55-foot-tall Norway Spruce tree harvested from Creston, N.C. in Ashe County, is being placed just outside Bank of America Stadium at the corner of Mint Street and Graham Street, in advance of the festival. The tree, which will be lit during the festival, will begin being placed on Friday, Nov. 18, and crews will string lights and decorate the tree over the next few days to have it ready in time for the festival. The tree will be adorned with approximately 50,000 lights.
“We are so excited to bring the Carolinas together once again for our annual tree lighting ceremony at Bank of America Stadium.” said Nicole Tepper. “We have a few special surprises in store for everyone who attends.
