TROUTMAN, N.C. – Troutman Police have arrested 51-year-old Arlo Gutierrez of Troutman on child sex crime charges. Detectives say they received a report of sexual abuse of a child on January 21st.
After investigating, they charged Gutierrez with Statutory Rape of a Child, Statutory Sex Offense with a Child, and 5 counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child. Mooresville Police assisted Troutman officers with the arrest of Gutierrez on January 24th.
He was ordered held without bond and is currently in the custody of the Iredell County Detention Center.
