CHERAW, N.C.Β β Troopers are conducting an investigation after one person was hit and killed in Chesterfield County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
It happened around 1:45 a.m. on Tec Road near SC Highway 9.
The highway patrol said one person died at the scene. The driver that caused the fatal collision is unknown at this time, troopers said.
