Lincolnton vape shop owner facing 12 felony charges

LINCOLNTON, N.C. – A Lincolnton vape shop owner is facing 12 felony charges following an investigation by the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division and the Lincolnton Police Department.

The agencies started looking into Dave’s on North Aspen Street after getting complaints about increased amounts of vape products confiscated from underage students. The tobacco shop is directly across from Lincolnton High School.

Special agents identified and determined THC products from Dave’s contained more than 0.3 % THC, making the products illegal to possess and sell. As a result, Omari Cole faces 20 criminal charges, 12 of of which are felonies.
