MCDOWELL COUNTY, NC — A man accused of assaulting a pregnant woman in McDowell County faces a murder charge for the death of her unborn baby.
Police in Marion say Jackie Agnew strangled Monika Credle at their home on Circle Street Monday. Β She was 17 weeks pregnant at the time.
