CHARLOTTE, N. C. –  Wilson was at Symphony Park in SouthPark today with Albert-George Schram, the conductor of the Charlotte Symphony while previewing the Summer Pops series.  Again this year the symphony invites everyone to pack a picnic and a blanket and join them with some of the best music of the summer.

Nick Leach with the Village Tavern talked with Wilson about sponsoring this Sunday, June 21st pops event “A Night at the Movies.”  A concert chosen especially for Father’s Day.

Wilson and Maestro Schram enjoyed a picnic prepared by Whole Foods while listening to a mini-concert by some of the members of the symphony.   Whole Foods offers a delicious prepared picnic basket that can be picked up at the park before the event.  Go to Whole Foods website HERE to find out how to order your prepared picnic basket.
