CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD needs your help finding 35-year-old Ebon Bell.
Bell is wanted on charges for breaking and entering and communicating threats. Police say Bell broke into a woman’s apartment on March 2nd around 1:17am and threatened her while inside.
