On May 19th, 2016, the Alexander County Sheriff Office arrested Michael Kevin Julian on 3 counts of Indecent Liberties with a child under the age of 13. Julian, age 60, will have his first court appearance on May 23, 2016 with bond set at $150,000. Due to the sensitive nature of the case, officials are not releasing any more information on the case.
