CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A house fire in northwest Charlotte is being investigated as a possible arson.
Charlotte firefighters were called out to the 4400 block of Mount Holly-Huntersville Road shortly after 5 p.m. Thursday.
Officials say a woman came home and found smoke in her house. No one was injured.
A CFD captain told WCCB that “a criminal investigation” was taking place. CMPD confirms their officers are assisting in the investigation.
