Wilson’s World: Exploring the Solar System at The Schiele Museum

GASTONIA, N.C. –  Wilson had his head in the stars today while exploring the solar system at the Schiele Museum of Natural History & Planetarium.

The museum’s current exhibit “The Solar System: A Journey of Exploration” is an exploration of space, its planets, moons, asteroids and comets.  Guests will experience the grandeur, desolation and isolation of space.

Wilson went inside the exhibit which features large, active planets, hands-on interactives, touchscreens, a full-sized Mars Rover replica, a simulated Martian colony, and much more. the exhibit is sponsored by PNC Bank.
