CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Link is a 3 month old short hair, male (will be neutered), and weighs 3 lbs (and growing!). He arrived on 6/1/16 as a itty-bitty baby and went into foster care so he could grow up before becoming available for adoption. He is healthy, happy, young, and VERY playful. He loves toys.
