NC Amber Alert Issued For Missing Wilmington Girl

WILMINGTON, NC — Officials across the state are on the lookout for a 6-year-old girl they say was abducted Wednesday.

Investigators say Stefanny Lopez-Castro was last seen traveling southbound on Carolina Beach Rd. in Wilmington.

Stefanny is described as a white/hispanic female, 4 feet, 39 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a white short sleeve shirt, light pink shorts with white polka dots, black flip flops, and has pierced ears with Cubic Zirconia earings.

According to reports, the suspected abductor is a white/hispanic male wearing a black short sleeve shirt with a dragon print, long black pants, boots, black helmet, and is driving a black moped.
