Matt

Since 2001, Matt Harris has co-hosted the Matt and Ramona Radio Show from 3 – 7 on 107.9 The Link. Pulling double media duty, Matt’s also appeared on WCCB News Edge, off and on, since 2005.

Matt came out of the womb doing radio (slight exaggeration, but it’s been a long time). He worked in Columbus, OH and Virginia Beach, VA before landing in Charlotte, with his long-time radio partner, Ramona Holloway.

The Matt and Ramona Show was voted “Best Radio Show” by Charlotte Magazine readers two years in a row.

Matt does extensive work with various charitable organizations throughout the Charlotte area. They include RAIN (Regional AIDS Interfaith Network), Susan G. Komen, the Colon Cancer Coalition, A Child’s Place, and Charlotte Stands for Heroes.

Matt was born and raised outside Philadelphia and still lives and dies with his Philly sports teams. But, he does say he pulls for the Panthers when they aren’t playing the Eagles.

Matt and his wife, Amy, live in Ft. Mill with their 2 daughters: Addison and Avery.
