EDGE On The Clock: Historic DUI Law
Utah’s governor signed the country’s toughest drunk driving cutoff into law Thursday. It lowers the maximum blood-alcohol limit from .08% to .05%. Utah gun owners were caught off guard when they realized how the law impacts them. The state currently allows open carry without a permit, but restricts that right based on the blood-alcohol maximum set for drivers.
