Two Injured In Major Accident On Beatties Ford Road

UPDATE: Beatties Ford Road has reopened at the site of an earlier accident. Officials warn drivers to continue using caution in the area while crews continue debris cleanup.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Medic says two people were seriously injured after an accident in northwest Charlotte.

The wreck happened on Beatties Ford Road near Mountain Majesty Lane. Officials say the accident involved one rollover.

One person was treated for life threatening injuries, according to officials, and another was treated for serious injuries. Both have been taken to CMC.

Huntersville Fire says that section of Beatties Ford is still closed while police investigate.
