CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after one person was injured in a shooting on Maribel Avenue in north Charlotte.
According to reports, a man was seen running between residences with blood on his hands following the shooting.
A neighbor tells WCCB that the victim is in his mid-twenties, and may have been shot in the thumb.
The victim was transported to Carolinas Medical Center for treatment.
