Body Of Thomas Bryson Found In Corn Field In Arden
UPDATE: The body of Thomas Bryson has been recovered. Β His body was found in a corn field in Arden Sunday night. Β The cause of death has not been released at this time.
HENDERSON, COUNTY — Crews are still looking for 68-year-old Thomas Bryson who, authorities say, was kidnapped by Philip Michael Stroupe II last week.
Stroupe II was apprehended on Thursday, driving Bryson’s silver Honda Ridgeline in McDowell County, but officials are still searching for Bryson in the South Mills River area.
Bryson’s family is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to his location. Crimestoppers is offering a $2,500 reward.
