Russell Bell is charged with with Felony Hit and Run causing Death following a hit-and-run in Hickory.
HICKORY, NC – A 58-year-old driver is charged with felony hit-and-run causing death following an accident in Hickory.
Officers were called to Highway 70 SE around 8 a.m. on Wednesday after reports about a man lying in the roadway.
They found 40-year-old Quinton Davis of Catawba dead.
Detectives say a truck being driven by Russell Bell hit Davis and then drove off.
Bell is being held under a $50,000.00 secured bond in the Catawba County Justice Center.
