CMPD: Deadly shooting at Club Flirt was justified

CHARLOTTE, N.C .- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police says a deadly shooting at a west Charlotte nightclub is justified. It happened just before 2 Sunday morning at Club Flirt on Wilkinson Boulevard.

Police say a man got into a fight with armed security and was shot. He died at the hospital.

This shooting was a part of a deadly weekend in the Queen City. CMPD investigated three homicides within 24 hours.
