LONDON (AP) — The men’s Wimbledon final on Sunday will be a rematch of last year when Novak Djokovic (NOH’-vak JOH’-kuh-vich) defeated Roger Federer. They advanced from today’s semifinals to earn a spot in the championship match. The Djokovic-Federer matchup is classic as they have faced off 39 times with Federer coming out on top 20 times.

IRVING, Texas (AP) — Defensive end Greg Hardy of the Cowboys has had his suspension for his role in a domestic violence case reduced by an arbitrator from 10 games to four. With the reduced ban, Hardy’s debut for the Cowboys will be against Super Bowl champion New England on Oct. 11.

CLEVELAND (AP) — For those in Cleveland worrying about LeBron James coming back for another season, the four-time NBA MVP has signed his two-year contract with the Cavaliers. James agreed to the $47 million deal, which includes a player option for the 2016-17 season.

NEW YORK (AP) — The World Cup champion U.S. women’s soccer team was honored with a parade today in New York City. At some points the crowd was five-deep along the parade route. The U.S. defeated Japan 5-2 on Sunday in Canada to win its first World Cup since 1999.

SILVIS, Ill. (AP) — Masters and U.S. Open champ Jordan Spieth (speeth) is back in contention at the John Deere Classic. After opening with a par 71 on Thursday he shot a 7-under 64 today. The John Deere is Spieth’s preparation tournament before next week’s British Open.
