CONCORD, NC– Police say on Sunday they responded to a verbal dispute that left one person shot.
Upon arrival, police say they found Deshawn Jermaine Tatem, 39, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Authorities say they have interviewed all known witnesses and are processing evidence before any charges will be filed.
