Pet of the Week: Meet Bella!

Rising’s Pet of the Week from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control is Bella! An eight-month-old pit bull terrier mix, sweet Bella loves other dogs, people, and just about anything she can get her mouth on. She’s also extremely sweet and well-behaved on a leash.
