Police Asking For Assistance Identifying Charlotte Robbery Suspect

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The CMPD is asking for assistance identifying a suspect wanted for two local robberies.

According to police, on Thursday, December 14, 2017, around 7:40 p.m., the suspect entered the Hardee’s, located at 2604 Little Rock Road and passed a note to an employee demanding money.  The suspect fled the scene after receiving money.

On Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at about 1:23 p.m., the suspect entered the Dollar General, located at 8001 Moores Chapel Road and once again passed a note to the employee demanding money from the register and fled the scene after receiving money.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build in his 30’s. He was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt.
