Couch Chat: Woman Fired over Gesture at Pres. Trump Sues

CHARLOTTE, NC — A woman fired over a finger is hitting back.

Juli Briskman got fired after she flipped off President Trump’s motorcade. Her former employer says she violated company policy when she made the photo her profile picture on Facebook and Twitter.

The lawsuit says her one fingered salute is protected by the First Amendment.
